WS Communities and Studio TSQ Architects approached us about an exciting new multi-building masterplan that required high level branding, design services and a creative approach. We organized an overall brand strategy and hierarchy with sub-brands, logo development, ideation for usage of common spaces, direction for color, material, and landscape opportunities, comprehensive signage and detailed interior design services. Community "Lounge" solutions include a "Pet-Centric" rooftop lounge, a community garden and chef training space, a retro-modern arcade, a modern pub and activity center, a high intensity flex-space gym and more. All spaces are created to encourage building to building interaction and a strong sense of neighborhood belonging where tenants can migrate from one amenity to another within a comfortable walking distance. This community is the next step in high density urbanization, combining kitchens, facilities and customized common spaces with residents that seek close interaction in a desirable Los Angeles neighborhood.
